We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join our clients team on a temporary basis as a Reception/Administrative Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a busy and welcoming office environment, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Office.
Job Responsibility:
Answering and managing incoming office telephone calls in a professional manner
Monitoring and responding to the reception inbox
Welcoming visitors and acting as the first point of contact
Ensuring the meeting room is maintained to a high standard - tidy, organised, and presentable
Providing general administrative support as required
Supporting the wider teams with ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
Confident and professional with excellent communication skills
Organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Friendly and approachable, with a customer-focused mindset
Previous administrative or reception experience is desirable but not essential
Enhanced DBS check
