Join Our Client's Vibrant Team as a Reception/Admin in Petersfield! Are you a friendly and organised individual looking to make a positive impact in the education sector? We have an exciting temporary opportunity for you to shine as a Reception/Admin! Your Role: As our Reception/Admin, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. Your cheerful demeanour and professional approach will set the tone for the welcoming atmosphere. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks that ensure our operations run smoothly. Although this is a school, the working hours are 8.30am to 5pm.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents with enthusiasm
  • Answer phone calls and manage inquiries with a friendly attitude
  • Maintain accurate records and manage filing systems
  • Support the administrative team with scheduling and correspondence
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and materials for meetings and events
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is a plus
  • A warm, approachable personality with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with great attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A passion for supporting the educational journey of students
  • An enhanced DBS will be required for this role
