We are actively seeking recent graduates in Accounting, Finance, or related business disciplines who are looking to launch their careers in entry-level accounting and finance roles. Job Responsibility:

  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Support bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger data
  • Help with month-end close activities and financial reporting
  • Review and analyze financial data, budgets, and variances
  • Update records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Assist with spreadsheet reporting and data analysis in Excel
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounting and finance matters
  • Support special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Recent graduate or candidate with internship, project, or early career experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong interest in launching a career in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Exposure to ERP systems, accounting software, or financial tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
