This position supports a client site by managing all receiving, and mail operations while working with diverse internal and external stakeholders. The role requires handling shipments, coordinating courier services, and maintaining accurate records while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Managing all mail and courier services including preparing packages, coordinating pick-up and delivery, and confirming receipt with appropriate stakeholders
Handling incoming and outgoing sensitive shipments with high accuracy and attention to detail
Delivering packages to customer work areas or coordinating pick-up as needed
Maintaining adequate inventory of shipping materials and supplies at all times
Reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to department supervisor in a timely manner
Keeping work areas clean and orderly while following prescribed safety regulations
Resolving shipping and receiving issues promptly while maintaining excellent customer service
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year of relevant experience in shipping & receiving, logistics, or similar role
Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present information clearly and concisely
High degree of accuracy required for handling sensitive equipment and proper routing of shipments
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment while managing multiple work streams and priorities
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
Additional experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
Familiarity with shipping software systems or inventory management systems
Basic knowledge of shipping regulations and courier service procedures
Experience working in corporate office environments or client-facing roles
