As a Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for accepting, inspecting, and documenting all incoming deliveries to the Resort. You’ll ensure items received match purchase orders and meet quality standards while supporting inventory control and accurate record-keeping.
Job Responsibility:
Receive and inspect all incoming goods against purchase orders
Verify quality, quantity, and condition of delivered items
Record deliveries and update receiving logs and systems
Coordinate with Purchasing and relevant departments for discrepancies
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the receiving area
Comply with health, safety, and internal control standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or stores function
hospitality preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
