Job Responsibility

working across a varied caseload of high-value, often complex disputes and advisory work
acting as a trusted advisor
helping clients avoid disputes
taking the reins in litigation
lease renewals
rent reviews and forfeiture
possession claims and adverse possession
option agreements and telecoms disputes
protestor injunctions
business rates challenges
rights of way issues
agricultural tenancies
indemnity policy disputes

Requirements

4+ years' PQE
solid hands-on experience in real estate litigation
appeared before tribunals and/or courts
confident managing own files
sharp drafting and technical skills
strong time and paper management
proactive, problem-solving mindset
willingness to mentor others
confidence in BD and relationship building
