This well-known firm has an opening for a midlevel real estate transactions attorney. This role can be mostly remote, but the person must be located in the Northern CA region. The ideal candidate will possess strong credentials and have demonstrated experience working in real estate and corporate law.

Job Responsibility:

  • Communicate with clients and the counsel for the other side
  • Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
  • Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
  • Analyze and summarize legal documents

Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Licensed attorney
  • Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
  • Top notch academic credentials and references
  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
  • Proven knowledge of commercial real estate
  • Foundational knowledge in real estate transactions and corporate law
  • Commercial and Real Estate Law experience is required
