License to practice law in Rhode Island or the ability to waive into RI from MA/CT after hire
Candidates licensed in Massachusetts or Connecticut will be considered, with the expectation of fulfilling Rhode Island licensure requirements (must complete essay portion if waiving in from MA to RI)
Strong commitment to business generation and client relationship building
Having an established book of business is preferred but not required—however, candidates must demonstrate a desire and ability to grow their book significantly

Job Responsibility

Provide expert legal counsel on a variety of real estate matters, including commercial and residential transactions, Single-Family Residential (SFR) projects, and bulk sales
Proactively generate new business through networking, marketing, and community engagement efforts, with a focus on building and expanding a personal book of business
Handle real estate transactions from inception to closing, ensuring all documentation is thorough, accurate, and compliant with legal standards
Represent clients during negotiations, disputes, and mediations, offering strategic advice and safeguarding their best interests
Partner closely with internal teams and departments to provide integrated and seamless client services
Continuously stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in real estate law to enhance the client experience and firm strategy
