Job Description:

The Real Estate Strategy Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic real estate decision-making across a dynamic client portfolio. This role blends data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business case development to drive operational excellence and portfolio strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights. In this hybrid role, you will report to the Senior Director, Global Places and Services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of portfolio data, ensuring high integrity in supply/demand metrics, KPIs, and market health reporting
  • Formalize demand forecasts into detailed real estate requirement documents for expansion, consolidation, and sequencing
  • Build and maintain supply/demand models to generate the data-driven forecasts used for long-term strategic planning
  • Produce standardized reports and strategic briefings that translate complex analytics into actionable insights for leadership
  • Define and document technical requirements for the analytics team to ensure dashboards align with business strategy
  • Execute data-heavy ad-hoc analysis to support business case development and multi-market occupier engagements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
  • 4 years of experience in data analysis, corporate real estate, or business intelligence
  • Proven ability to create clear, concise documentation and process workflows
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets without compromising accuracy
  • Ability to pivot between deep-dive data tasks and collaborative project coordination in a fast-paced environment
