Job Description:

A growing, tech-enabled company is seeking to add a 1-4 PQE Property Counsel. This unique company provides key back-office services to telecoms giants and household brands. The Legal Counsel will manage their own portfolio of real estate matters. This is a hybrid role based in Bradford (minimum two days per week in office), using the latest legal tech and supported by an experienced Senior Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Lease renewals, Wayleave, licences, assignments, and landlord/tenant issues
Stakeholder engagement and process improvement initiatives
Supporting team development and contributing to knowledge-sharing

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitors with 1–4 years’ PQE (CILEX also considered)
Interest or experience in wayleaves, telecoms infrastructure, or Code powers
