Job Description:

A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor / Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its highly regarded national practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused lawyer to take on high-quality work with excellent progression prospects in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Job Responsibility:

Advise clients on the full spectrum of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and real estate finance
Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, development agreements, reports on title, and certificates of title
Provide property support on corporate transactions, including reviewing and negotiating share/asset purchase agreements and carrying out due diligence
Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas on multi-disciplinary matters
Build lasting client relationships and contribute to business development activities

Requirements:

3–5 years’ PQE in commercial property law
Strong technical knowledge and drafting ability
Confidence working directly with clients and managing matters independently
Commercial awareness with excellent communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, practical approach and an interest in business development
