Job Description:

Join a Leading Legal 500 Firm in the Heart of Leeds. Are you a talented Real Estate Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE looking to take the next step in your legal career? We are working with a well-regarded, multi-service Legal 500 firm in Leeds seeking to grow its dynamic and highly regarded Commercial Property team.

Job Responsibility:

Acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises
Landlord and tenant work
Development projects
Property finance
Supporting corporate transactions involving property assets

Requirements:

1–3 years PQE in commercial property / real estate
Experience handling your own caseload with appropriate supervision
Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
A collaborative approach and desire to develop within a supportive team
