Job Description:

A respected full-service law firm based in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor (1+ years’ PQE) to join its established property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level solicitor to develop their career within a supportive environment, working on a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload for a broad client base including businesses, investors, and landowners.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a general commercial property caseload with appropriate supervision
Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and variations
Supporting on development and property finance transactions where required
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless advice
Maintaining strong client relationships and high standards of client care

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year’s PQE in real estate or commercial property
Solid technical foundations and a willingness to learn and develop
Commercially aware with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
