Real Estate Shareholder/partner

• Drafting and negotiating complex retail / shopping center leases
• Drafting and negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements for retail and other real estate
• Drafting complex real estate documents, including easements and restrictive covenants
• Advising clients on strategy on leasing, acquisition and real estate litigation matters

• Minimum of 15 years of experience
• Well-developed legal and client management skills
• Excellent drafting skills
• Portable business is a requirement
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage and meet deadlines

A former in-house counsel may be a good fit if the candidate is coming from a private law firm with a book of business
