Job Description:

Real Estate Services Manager role at HSBC China supporting the Digital Business Services organization, partnering with business teams to drive simplification and deliver exceptional customer outcomes across Asia and the Middle East region.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting real estate as a key business enabler through delivery of innovative initiatives
Responsible for Real Estate Services regulatory compliance related matters
Guide local businesses in future of work strategy in partnership with HR
Ensure management of strategic business partners including KPI reviews
Support innovative 'end to end' customer focused solutions that optimise the banks' portfolio
Embrace business partnering to ensure close understanding of individual business requirements
Utilise and support centrally developed golden sources of tools and data

Requirements:

Broad and comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within multiple disciplines or a fast changing discipline
Sound understanding of a value unit / product / region / legal entity, alongside a good understanding of the industry and the challenges and changes in the sector
Management responsibilities for a sizeable team of professionals (including responsibility for budget, and planning)
Covers a wide range of activities that require evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual and qualitative information in complicated perhaps novel situations
Ability to negotiate and influence within their team with a high level of influence
High level of sensitivity to the audience, be able to modify the beliefs and opinions of others, and negotiate with significant latitude for the final outcome
