Unique opportunity for an experienced Housing solicitor to join a Top tier firm with a global presence in their London office.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing legal services for shared ownership sales, outright sales, and after-sales transactions for Housing Associations, developers, and other providers
  • Assisting with all parts of home ownership transactions, including new-build sales on outright and shared ownerships, set-ups, and after-sales transactions like Right to Buy/Right to Acquire, lease extensions, auctions, private sales, and related real estate work such as deeds of variation

Requirements

  • An experienced solicitor with 5+ years PQE
  • Good exposure to transactional real estate housing matters
  • Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
