Our client, a dynamic real estate company with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a Real Estate Sales Representative to join its small, multidisciplinary team in Laval. Known for its large-scale projects with a human touch, the company offers a collaborative work environment where every team member contributes directly to the success of its projects. Job Responsibility

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact with a prospect to the final signing
  • Follow up with qualified leads via phone and email
  • Greet clients at the sales office and present floor plans, blueprints, and model units
  • Prepare sales contracts and coordinate administrative documentation via the CRM
  • Maintain a relationship of trust with clients throughout the construction and delivery period
  • Actively collaborate with the marketing and construction departments during weekly meetings

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in real estate sales or leasing (condominiums, residential properties)
  • Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in English is required for this position, as the incumbent will interact daily with a clientele that is 50% English-speaking, both when presenting projects and when negotiating and explaining complex contract terms
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Exemplary attention to detail in administrative and contractual management
  • A professional, well-groomed appearance and a customer-service-oriented attitude
  • Availability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends

What we offer

  • Base salary between $48,000 and $50,000, with a shared commission structure that promotes teamwork
