Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Our client, a leader in serviced office spaces, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join their vibrant team! This is your chance to play a crucial role in driving revenue and showcasing premium office environments.

Job Responsibility:

Lead Management: Efficiently manage inbound leads using our CRM system
Lead Generation: Design and implement innovative strategies to generate new business
Revenue Tracking: Monitor and report revenue against set targets
Viewings: Conduct premium viewings of our luxurious office spaces for potential clients
Contract Negotiation: Take the lead in negotiations and close deals
Relationship Management: Build and nurture broker relationships while managing client renewals and expansions
Networking: Represent the company at events, fostering strong business connections
Collaboration & Resilience: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and adaptability
Reporting: Collaborate with Commercial Directors and lead a growing sales team

Requirements:

Any previous sales experience is ideal but not essential
A proactive individual with a can-do attitude
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
The ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders, including brokers and clients
