Job Responsibility:
Generate new leads through proactive methods such as cold calling, networking, and client visits
In-depth understanding of customer needs to recommend suitable properties
Conduct engaging property presentations and facilitate site visits
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate effectively with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution
Stay informed about current real estate market trends and competitor activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field
1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector
Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
