The profile plays a strategic and operational role in managing and optimizing the retail location network. The position is responsible for defining and executing the distribution strategy, overseeing the planning and coordination of store openings, closures, and renewals, and ensuring alignment with EMEA guidelines. Working closely with EMEA, the role builds and presents business cases supporting network evolution and profitability, while monitoring registration processes and contract management. It collaborates cross-functionally with Store Design and Finance teams to ensure both strategic consistency and operational execution across the retail network.
Job Responsibility:
Define and implement the retail distribution strategy for stores, identifying priorities for openings, closures, renewals, and remodeling
Conduct market and performance analysis to support strategic decisions and ensure network profitability
Collaborate with EMEA to align local actions with regional guidelines and business targets
Plan and coordinate all operational activities related to store openings, closures, and renewals
Liaise with Store Design, Finance, Legal, and suppliers to ensure timely execution
Oversee project timelines, approvals, and delivery phases
Coordinate with brand teams to deliver CRM actions aligned with marketing calendar and launches
Build and present business cases for EMEA, providing financial and strategic rationale for retail network evolution
Partner with Finance to analyze P&L by door and ensure alignment with investment plans
Manage contract lifecycle including negotiation, renewals, and updates in systems
Monitor registration processes and related administrative documentation (SCIA, preliminary, registration)
Requirements:
5+ years in retail development, real estate management or retail operations within the luxury, fashion, beauty industry or FMCG
University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Civil/Building Engineering
strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
proven experience in retail real estate (store openings, closures, renewals)
financial acumen and ability to interpret and manage P&L by door
excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
familiarity with lease agreements and negotiation processes
high proficiency in Excel, data management tools and systems for real estate tracking
