Job Description

A Dallas-based real estate private equity firm with 25+ years of experience in senior living and opportunistic commercial real estate is looking to add a talented investment professional at the Analyst level to support continued growth. The firm is currently investing out of its $400MM Fund VIII, with 70–80% allocated to senior living—a resilient, high-activity niche within real estate. They also invest across other property types, including industrial assets in Europe, and recently launched a new stabilized core fund. With a lean, high-performing team (~15 professionals) and a strong co-investment culture, this is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle.

Job Responsibility

  • Underwrite new investments and build detailed financial models
  • Support due diligence, market research, and IC materials
  • Assist with asset management and portfolio oversight
  • Work directly with senior leadership in a collaborative environment
