Job Description:

We are looking to hire a photographer/videographer responsible for shooting photos, video, and 3D, for real estate properties in Maryland, between Harford County and Washington DC. We’re looking for team players with high communication skills, attention to detail, time/project management capability, and a positive attitude. Providing excellent customer service is a must.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review the daily and weekly scheduled photo packages
  • Map out properties to maximize time and minimize travel for the week
  • Prepare equipment for upcoming appointments
  • Travel to your appointments and always arrive early
  • Perform pre-shoot walk through of the property
  • Perform the ordered photo package
  • Complete other appointments, if multiple in a day
  • Edit photos and upload to company software for post-production

Requirements:

  • Has a dependable car AND a current and legal driver’s license
  • iOS device (iPhone) Newer model is a plus
  • Experience using Matterport software
  • Computer or Laptop with high-speed internet

Nice to have:

  • Tripod (optional)
  • Matterport-compatible camera (a Plus)
