We are seeking a full-time Paralegal to assist our clients Legal Real Estate team. Our client is an industry leader in the transition to clean energy, working to improve lives by delivering greener and smarter energy solutions that the world needs. We are seeking a self-directed professional with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and on multiple tasks and projects. The candidate will be responsible for working with the Legal Team in preparing draft legal documents, assisting with real estate transactions and closings, conducting title and survey review, assisting with land acquisition and lease agreements, managing real property records and due diligence, and other miscellaneous project and administrative tasks. This role will require a high level of detail orientation, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. We are hiring for our Salt Lake City, UT office. This is an in-office role; the employee will be expected to be in our SLC office 4 days per week. One day Remote.
Job Responsibility:
Working with the Legal Team in preparing draft legal documents
Assisting with real estate transactions and closings
Conducting title and survey review
Assisting with land acquisition and lease agreements
Managing real property records and due diligence
Other miscellaneous project and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years professional experience as a paralegal in a real estate or transactional law setting.
Paralegal certificate or comparable educational background is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Real estate transaction experience at a major law firm, title company, or sophisticated in-house legal group valued but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to adapt to a variety of duties and work in a fast-paced environment.
