Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast‑paced law firm in Downtown Denver. The ideal candidate will have strong experience preparing transactional documents, managing closings, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with clients, lenders, title companies, and other third parties. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely real estate transactions.

Job Responsibility

  • Document Preparation: Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
  • Research: Conduct research on property titles, zoning issues, and environmental conditions to ensure compliance with legal standards
  • Transaction Coordination: Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions and closings
  • Closing Assistance: Assist with real estate closings by preparing necessary documents and attending closing meetings
  • File Management: Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal (commercial, residential, or mixed)
  • Strong understanding of real estate terminology and transaction workflow
  • Working knowledge of: Title and survey review and Closing processes
  • Colorado real estate procedures and recording requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
