Job Responsibility

  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to properties and projects being responsible for executing Real Estate operations, maintenance & management activities
  • Responsible for sharing knowledge and best practice
  • Lead the implementation, communication and evaluation of initiatives, property and facility management practices in collaboration with Group Real Estate Center of Expertise
  • Contribute to goal setting and budgeting for the country, supporting both long-term and short-term business plans. Supporting in cost control by promoting lean, simple and cost-conscious practices, efficiency and sustainability potentials
  • Within your area of expertise implement and maintain standards, guidelines, methods, tools and innovative solutions to ensure efficient operation of the properties

Requirements

  • Academic degree in property management or facility management
  • Experience within Facility Management, property management or a related field
  • Experience in a multi-site, global and complex organization preferably in high-volume retail or commercial real estate
  • Able to see the bigger picture and collaborate beyond your own area of expertise to drive shared goals
  • Ability to lead change within your area of expertise, taking full ownership from initiation to implementation — ensuring ideas are not only started but successfully delivered
  • Someone who loves solving problems and brings structure to complexity
  • Strong analytical mindset and passion for continuously improving processes
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
