Job Responsibility:
Provide leadership, support, and guidance to units and projects responsible for executing Real Estate operations and maintenance & management activities
Ensure adherence to local regulations and Ingka's framework
Lead the implementation, communication and evaluation of new construction techniques, initiatives, property and facility management practices
Collaborate with the Group Real Estate's Center of Expertise to maintain Ingka Real Estate’s industry leadership
Develop competencies with key stakeholders and other support functions
Define and develop comprehensive standards, guidelines, methods, tools, best practices, and innovative solutions
Ensure effective maintenance and optimization of each property’s value and efficiency
Ensure processes are safe, compliant, sustainable, and aligned with country's business needs
Ensure compliance with Ingka policies, standards, and guidelines at the country level
Support the selection and implementation of innovations, digital tools, and technical solutions
Contribute to goal setting and budgeting for the country
Support both long-term and short-term business plans
Assist in cost control by promoting lean, simple, and cost-conscious practices
Responsible for sharing of knowledge & best practices, and cross-functional collaboration
Organize and participate in global subject matter meetings
Lead industry benchmarking for property management solutions
Create an environment where the IKEA culture and values are a strong and living reality
Share entrepreneurial ideas and express opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
Experienced real estate and facility management professional
Strong expertise in managing property operations, maintenance, and real estate performance
Strategic insight and operational leadership
Ability to ensure properties are safe, compliant, sustainable, and cost-efficient
Ability to support business growth
Effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ability to drive innovation in property management practices
