Job Description:

A Top tier legal 500 law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding team in Brighton. This position involves managing cases with minimal supervision and exposure to property disputes for a variety of clients.

Job Responsibility:

Manage cases with minimal supervision
Work with a diverse range of clients, including international corporates, local businesses, government bodies, charities, and individuals
Deal with a broad range of contentious issues such as service charge disputes and leasehold advice.

Requirements:

An experienced solicitor with up to 5 years PQE
Good exposure to contentious property matters consisting of commercial and residential property
Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries
Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential.
