A superb opportunity to join a Top 30 Law Firm with a national presence that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Real Estate Litigation department based in London, it is now seeking to appoint a Legal Director or a Senior Solicitor.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work on a broad range of contentious matters involving commercial landlord & tenant issues, lease renewals, dilapidations, breaks, arrears, tenant insolvency, 1954 Act renewals

Requirements:

  • Property Litigation Solicitor with 7+ years PQE
  • Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
  • Experience of supervising junior team members is essential
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Strong legal skills with an eye for detail
  • Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
