Job Description:

Work with a top-tier international firm on high-value real estate finance deals, gaining exposure to blue-chip clients and complex transactions in a collaborative, high-performing team. This role offers the chance to work on some of the most complex and high-value real estate finance transactions in the market, advising major institutional clients across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team known for delivering excellence across secured lending structures.

Job Responsibility:

Advise lenders and borrowers on real estate investment and development finance transactions
Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements
Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks across secured lending frameworks
Collaborate with real estate, tax, and corporate teams to ensure seamless deal execution
Engage directly with clients and contribute to strategic transaction planning

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years’ PQE
Experience in real estate finance or general banking and finance, ideally from a recognised law firm
Strong technical skills and a commercial approach to legal problem-solving
Excellent drafting and stakeholder communication skills
