Job Responsibility

Working as a team with and supporting other fee earners on renewable energy project property work/larger development /higher value or complex commercial property matters
Ensuring matters are professionally and promptly dealt with to the complete satisfaction of the client and full compliance with professional obligations

Qualification as a Solicitor (England and Wales or another commonwealth jurisdiction, such as Australia and/or New Zealand, for example)
Upwards of 5 years' PQE in handling a full real estate finance caseload
Excellent private practice experience gained at magic circle, silver circle, US or international firms
The ability to draft and review LMA Real Estate Finance Facility Agreements
Experience in negotiating security/ancillary finance documents in respect of real estate finance transactions
Experience in development finance transactions would be ideal, but not a prerequisite
Prior experience in supervising more junior lawyers would be highly beneficial
The ability to lead on transactions
Notable organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple transactions at the same time and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
