Work with a top-tier international firm on high-value real estate finance deals, gaining exposure to blue-chip clients and complex transactions in a collaborative, high-performing team. This role offers the chance to work on some of the most complex and high-value real estate finance transactions in the market, advising major institutional clients across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team known for delivering excellence across secured lending structures.

Job Responsibility

  • Advise lenders and borrowers on real estate investment and development finance transactions
  • Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements
  • Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks across secured lending frameworks
  • Collaborate with real estate, tax, and corporate teams to ensure seamless deal execution
  • Engage directly with clients and contribute to strategic transaction planning

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years’ PQE
  • Experience in real estate finance or general banking and finance, ideally from a recognised law firm
  • Strong technical skills and a commercial approach to legal problem-solving
  • Excellent drafting and stakeholder communication skills
