Requirements

A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience as a solicitor in England & Wales, with a strong focus on banking and finance law
Proven experience advising both borrowers and lenders on complex financing arrangements
Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in relation to loan and security documents
A commercial mindset and the ability to work efficiently on high-value, time-sensitive transactions
A collaborative approach with a passion for developing both client relationships and junior colleagues
