Job Description:

A leading commercial law firm based in Central London is looking for an experienced Real Estate Finance Senior Solicitor to join their well-established property finance team. With a strong client base including lenders, developers, and institutional investors, this is a great opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions across the UK property market.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a varied caseload of secured lending transactions on behalf of both lenders and borrowers
Handling transactions across commercial and residential real estate including acquisition finance, development finance, and refinancing
Supervising junior team members
Liaising directly with clients
Contributing to business development initiatives
Supporting wider team objectives

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
Minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
Solid experience in real estate finance gained within a recognised commercial law firm
Strong technical skills in secured lending, title review, and property due diligence
Comfortable working closely with lenders, borrowers, and financial institutions
Able to supervise junior solicitors and contribute to team growth
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
