A leading commercial law firm based in Central London is looking for an experienced Real Estate Finance Senior Solicitor to join their well-established property finance team. With a strong client base including lenders, developers, and institutional investors, this is a great opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions across the UK property market.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing a varied caseload of secured lending transactions on behalf of both lenders and borrowers
  • Handling transactions across commercial and residential real estate including acquisition finance, development finance, and refinancing
  • Supervising junior team members
  • Liaising directly with clients
  • Contributing to business development initiatives
  • Supporting wider team objectives

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Solid experience in real estate finance gained within a recognised commercial law firm
  • Strong technical skills in secured lending, title review, and property due diligence
  • Comfortable working closely with lenders, borrowers, and financial institutions
  • Able to supervise junior solicitors and contribute to team growth
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
