Job Responsibility

  • Assisting on Real Estate Finance and CRE Structured Debt transactions across a broad range of assets, acting for both lenders and sponsors
  • Drafting and negotiating key finance documents, including complex facility agreements, fee letters, syndication letters, mezzanine documents, priority arrangements and intercreditor agreements
  • Advising on financing structures across offices, residential, retail, hotels and logistics assets – from vanilla investment work to structured debt and large-scale developments
  • Supporting the project management of transactions, working closely with Partners, Associates and paralegals
  • Contributing to sector and specialist groups to deepen your expertise and share knowledge across the firm
