Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Assisting on Real Estate Finance and CRE Structured Debt transactions across a broad range of assets, acting for both lenders and sponsors
Drafting and negotiating key finance documents, including complex facility agreements, fee letters, syndication letters, mezzanine documents, priority arrangements and intercreditor agreements
Advising on financing structures across offices, residential, retail, hotels and logistics assets – from vanilla investment work to structured debt and large-scale developments
Supporting the project management of transactions, working closely with Partners, Associates and paralegals
Contributing to sector and specialist groups to deepen your expertise and share knowledge across the firm

Requirements:

A strong understanding of Real Estate Finance concepts and the wider market
A commercial mindset and the ability to deliver clear, concise and practical legal advice
Proactive, adaptable and well-organised approach in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration skills and enthusiasm for working as part of a high-performing team
A commitment to mentoring junior colleagues and continuing to develop your own expertise
Experience Level: Newly Qualified, Junior Level (1-3 years)
PQE: Newly Qualified, 1-3 years
