An elite international law firm is seeking a high-calibre Real Estate Finance Associate to join its London office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a junior lawyer to work on market-leading transactions within a top-tier, US-style platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Work on a broad range of high-value real estate finance matters, acting for major lenders, borrowers, sponsors, and investment funds on complex domestic and cross-border transactions
  • Investment and development finance
  • Acquisition and leveraged finance
  • Refinancing and restructuring
  • Multi-jurisdictional real estate-backed lending
  • Advising on complex security structures and intercreditor arrangements
  • Work closely with partners
  • Collaborate regularly with colleagues across the firm’s international network

Requirements

  • UK-qualified solicitor with 1-3 years’ PQE
  • Strong experience in real estate finance gained at a leading City or international firm
  • Outstanding academic background (strong degree classification and training)
  • Excellent technical ability, drafting skills, and commercial awareness
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work directly with sophisticated clients
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and keen to develop within a high-performance environment
