Requirements:

Qualified in England & Wales or a commonwealth jurisdiction
experience leading real estate finance deals
6+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)
expertise in investment and development financing across sectors such as retail, hotels, healthcare, student accommodation, logistics, leisure, and industrials
experience in general banking & finance with real estate finance transactions
