Job Description:

A US Headquartered Law firm is searching for an experienced Real Estate Finance Lawyer with a minimum of 6 PQE to join their busy team in London. Responsibilities include leading real estate finance transactions for clients including developers, funds, banks, lenders, and arrangers. The team handles investment and development financing across sectors like retail, healthcare, logistics, and leisure. Candidates qualified in England & Wales or commonwealth jurisdictions are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibility:

Lead real estate finance transactions
handle investment and development financing
work with clients such as national/international developers, funds, banks, alternative lenders, issuers, and arrangers.

Requirements:

Qualified in England & Wales or a commonwealth jurisdiction (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa)
experience leading real estate finance deals
minimum of 6 years PQE
expertise in real estate finance transactions.

Nice to have:

General banking & finance experience.
