Job Description

We are working with a leading international US law firm that is seeking to recruit a mid-level Associate into its highly regarded Real Estate Finance practice in London. The team advises sponsors, lenders, investors and developers on a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border financings, and is particularly well known for handling sophisticated transactions across the capital stack. This role offers exposure to a varied mix of lender-side and sponsor-side work, with Associates taking a visible role on high-value transactions from an early stage. Working closely with market-leading Partners and colleagues across the firm’s international network, you will advise on complex real estate financings, development financings and structured investments involving clients across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate is likely to have gained strong real estate finance experience at a leading City, international or US firm and will be looking for a platform that offers first-rate work, genuine responsibility and significant opportunities for professional development.
