In this role, you aren’t just processing paperwork; you are the vital link that ensures our physical spaces, the heart of our member services, operate seamlessly through expertly managed vendor partnerships and procurement precision. You will act as a Strategic Partner to internal teams, translating complex real estate needs into actionable contracts and ensuring every bid, document, and deadline is handled with world-class rigor.

Job Responsibility:

  • Interpret real estate leases and identify budgetary needs for various departments
  • Create contribution requests and draft essential technical documents, forms, and price schedules
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to launch calls for tenders
  • Verify specifications and assist in the administrative opening of bids
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal partners regarding purchasing procedures
  • Manage the lifecycle of active contracts, tracking deadlines and providing alerts
  • Perform market research and price comparisons to ensure value
  • Transform raw data into clear dashboards and reports

Requirements:

  • DEC in Administration, Operations Management, Procurement, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years in administration, project management, procurement/purchasing in real estate
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for data tracking, Word for documentation, and Teams for collaboration)
  • A sharp analytical mind capable of interpreting technical documents
  • A collaborative spirit that thrives in a team-based environment
  • Functional knowledge of English
