Our client, a leading provider of luxury student residences, is looking for a Real Estate Consultant to join their growing team in Madrid. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the launch of a new residence in the city, supporting students and their families from the very first contact and ensuring a best-in-class living experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Organize viewings of the showroom and future residences, creating a welcoming and reassuring experience for both students and parents
  • Proactively generate sales through outbound calls, emails, and social media to secure bookings
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective students and their families, listening actively to their needs and addressing concerns
  • Represent the brand at housing fairs, university events, and student hotspots across Madrid
  • Capture and manage student data, ensuring accurate reporting on leads, conversions, and occupancy
  • Act as a brand ambassador, spreading awareness in the city and supporting marketing activities
  • Coordinate the sales team

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (experience in student housing, hospitality, or luxury services is a plus)
  • Confident, approachable, and empathetic communicator who can build credibility with both students and parents
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of Madrid (universities, neighborhoods, and student hotspots) is essential
  • Organized, proactive, and target-driven, with a hands-on approach
