Our client, a leading provider of luxury student residences, is looking for a Real Estate Consultant to join their growing team in Madrid. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the launch of a new residence in the city, supporting students and their families from the very first contact and ensuring a best-in-class living experience.
Job Responsibility
Organize viewings of the showroom and future residences, creating a welcoming and reassuring experience for both students and parents
Proactively generate sales through outbound calls, emails, and social media to secure bookings
Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective students and their families, listening actively to their needs and addressing concerns
Represent the brand at housing fairs, university events, and student hotspots across Madrid
Capture and manage student data, ensuring accurate reporting on leads, conversions, and occupancy
Act as a brand ambassador, spreading awareness in the city and supporting marketing activities
Coordinate the sales team
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (experience in student housing, hospitality, or luxury services is a plus)
Confident, approachable, and empathetic communicator who can build credibility with both students and parents
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of Madrid (universities, neighborhoods, and student hotspots) is essential
Organized, proactive, and target-driven, with a hands-on approach
Nice to have
Any other language is considered a plus
