Job Description

A well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer to join its growing team in Lakewood Ranch. This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage residential closings from contract through completion.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage residential real estate closings from contract to closing
  • Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys to ensure smooth transactions
  • Prepare and review closing and escrow documents for accuracy
  • Conduct closings and guide all parties through the signing process
  • Clear title and proactively resolve any issues
  • Balance, disburse, and manage escrow funds
  • Record documents to convey and insure title
  • Maintain consistent communication with all parties throughout the transaction

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience handling residential real estate closings
  • Experience managing closings from start to finish required
  • Law firm or title company experience strongly preferred
  • Florida Notary Public (or willingness to obtain)
  • Title Agent license a plus (not required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
  • Professional, client-facing communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • closing software experience a plus
