Job Description

Contract position with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role. Duration: 3+months with strong potential for extension. Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage retail real estate transactions, including sales of properties ranging from 5 to 100 acres across the country
  • Conduct detailed reviews of property titles, identify objections, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Address legal matters related to easements, boundary line adjustments, adverse claims, and surveys
  • Support subsurface asset management, including exploration, pooling, leasing mineral rights, and titles
  • Draft and review lease agreements for renewables, cell towers, and other commercial spaces
  • Maintain proficiency in handling lease agreements and transactions outside traditional real estate sales

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed Attorney with active credentials
  • Extensive experience in real estate law, particularly commercial transactions

  • Deliver commercially focused legal guidance that helps clients make informed decisions throughout each stage of a transaction
  • Manage a substantial workflow of sophisticated matters while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and strong client service
