Job Description:

Beacon Hill's client, a nationally recognized Am Law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to support their team on homebuilder matters. This role is exclusively dedicated to homebuilder work, and the selected attorney must be comfortable with a single‑focus workload (no split responsibilities).

Requirements:

  • Active North Carolina bar license in good standing
  • Law firm experience and/or in-house experience with a homebuilder
  • Strong general real estate background
  • Willingness to focus exclusively on homebuilder matters
  • Required homebuilder experience: Draft purchase and sale agreements and lot contracts
  • Draft closing documents
  • Review title and survey matters
  • Prepare homeowners' association (HOA) documents
  • Draft easement agreements and ancillary development documents
