McCarter & English, LLP is seeking a Real Estate associate with 3-6 years of law firm experience with commercial real estate finance transactions for its Newark, NJ office. The candidate must have experience in some of the following areas: complex acquisition, dispositions, and commercial real estate financings. The ideal candidate should have experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial loan documents, reviewing and analyzing title and survey matters, conducting loan due diligence and coordinating closing requirements. Superior academic record required. New Jersey Bar Admission required, New York Bar Admission a plus. The salary range for this position is $175,000-$185,000 annually, depending on experience.
