We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Associate to join a globally recognized corporate real estate firm in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful real estate projects while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage leasing processes for industrial properties, including conducting property tours, preparing and analyzing lease proposals, and generating detailed reports
Act as the primary liaison between clients and landlords, ensuring smooth communication and accurate information flow
Perform comprehensive financial analyses for various types of lease transactions, providing actionable insights
Conduct market research to assess feasibility and identify opportunities for real estate transactions
Prepare budgets and surveys to support transaction decisions and ensure alignment with client goals
Review and interpret lease documents to ensure compliance and accuracy
Execute administrative tasks essential to business operations, ensuring deadlines are met
Collaborate with clients to understand internal processes and adapt as needed
Maintain a strong focus on professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all interactions and tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
Must possess or be willing to obtain a Real Estate License as a condition of employment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
At least 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or a related field
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail are essential
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment
Willingness and flexibility to travel as business needs arise
