Job Responsibility:
Conduct detailed analyses of real estate investments, with a focus on low-income housing tax credit projects
Develop and maintain financial models to assess the viability and profitability of real estate opportunities
Review and negotiate lease contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with teams to evaluate commercial real estate opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
Monitor market trends and evaluate potential risks associated with real estate transactions
Prepare comprehensive reports on investment performance and projections

Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial real estate investment and analysis
Proficiency in financial modeling and real estate finance
Strong familiarity with lease contracts and their implications
Knowledge of low-income housing tax credits and associated regulations
5-7 years of relevant experience in real estate analysis or auditing
