We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Analyst to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role requires expertise in evaluating real estate investments, particularly in low-income housing tax credits, and a deep understanding of financial modeling and lease contracts. Job Responsibility

  • Conduct detailed analyses of real estate investments, with a focus on low-income housing tax credit projects
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess the viability and profitability of real estate opportunities
  • Review and negotiate lease contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with teams to evaluate commercial real estate opportunities and provide strategic recommendations

Requirements
