Job Description

Growing company is expanding and adding a Real Estate Analyst to their growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategy to support key business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial systems, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This position offers upward mobility as the company continues to meet its growth plans.

Job Responsibility

  • Support procurement and insights departments to lead the development and maintenance of departmental KPIs and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain operational and financial models to provide forward-looking financial and operational business impacts
  • Provide weekly updates of reports to different functional groups and help track KPIs and progress of initiatives
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support the senior leadership team and various departments with business needs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices and procedures
  • Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed or required
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of real estate lease administrator or paralegal experience, preferably in an organization with a large, multi-site real estate portfolio
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Google Mail, and related software
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Professionalism and courtesy in all interactions, both in person and by phone
