Lead the full acquisition cycle for multifamily residential. Support the full acquisition cycle, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and execution of residential/serviced apartment opportunities in Japan. Conduct market research, evaluate M&A opportunities, support capital raising, and manage due diligence for approved projects.

Requirements:
7-10 years’ experience in Real Estate Finance, Management or Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Big 4 Advisory, or other Corporate Finance/Strategy roles
Demonstrable familiarity and/or interest in financial modelling and valuation, financial statement analysis, due diligence, data analysis and presentation skillsets
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders from different countries and various backgrounds
Outside of the box thinker, a self-starter, passionate, and hungry to contribute and grow
Nice to have:
Candidates with direct real estate investment, and property brokerage experience in Japan
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
