Job Responsibility:
Plan daily work schedules using our dynamic scheduling system, ensuring a first class experience for our residents through timely and efficient coordination
Own the scheduling process from start to finish, considering priority, location and time while managing risks that could impact KPIs
Act as the first point of contact for customers and operatives, offering support via phone and email to help achieve first time fix resolutions
Ensure accuracy and compliance by maintaining clear and detailed notes for each task on the system
Contribute to contract performance by producing daily KPI reports that reflect the success of our service delivery
Requirements:
Experience in planning and scheduling or a strong customer service background, especially over the phone
Driven and eager to learn
Thrive in a fast paced, reactive environment
Strong IT and analytical skills
Ability to follow processes and quickly adapt to new systems
