We are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Scheduler to join our growing team in Aston, Birmingham. Job Responsibility:

  • Plan daily work schedules using our dynamic scheduling system, ensuring a first class experience for our residents through timely and efficient coordination
  • Own the scheduling process from start to finish, considering priority, location and time while managing risks that could impact KPIs
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and operatives, offering support via phone and email to help achieve first time fix resolutions
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance by maintaining clear and detailed notes for each task on the system
  • Contribute to contract performance by producing daily KPI reports that reflect the success of our service delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience in planning and scheduling or a strong customer service background, especially over the phone
  • Driven, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast paced, reactive environment
  • Strong IT and analytical skills
  • Ability to follow processes and quickly adapt to new systems
