Job Responsibility

Plan daily work schedules using our dynamic scheduling system
Own the scheduling process from start to finish, considering priority, location and time while managing risks
Act as the first point of contact for customers and operatives, offering support via phone and email
Ensure accuracy and compliance by maintaining clear and detailed notes for each task
Contribute to contract performance by producing daily KPI reports
