Job Description

We are recruiting Reactive Maintenance Operatives (7.5T Driver) to join our highways team working across the Lincolnshire road network. Monday-Friday 07:00 start. Usually 8-9 hours daily.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to highway defects including potholes and carriageway repairs
  • Operate a 7.5t vehicle and hotbox
  • Maintain high safety and quality standards
  • Work in a two-person crew

Requirements

  • Valid HGV Licence (7.5t)
  • NRSWA (Street Works)
  • EUSR – Locate Utility Services
  • EUSR – Implement Safe Excavating Practices
