Job Description:

Our client, a well-established name in the construction industry, is looking for a Reactive Maintenance Administrator to support major restaurant and hotel brands across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in customer service, scheduling, and administration while working in a vibrant office environment.

Job Responsibility:

Responding to incoming calls and emails regarding breakdowns and maintenance issues
Scheduling engineers for site visits across the UK
Ordering and tracking parts to ensure timely job completion
Preparing performance reports for clients (e.g. time-to-site, budget tracking, job costing)
Raising quotations and ensuring accurate documentation for each job

Requirements:

Enjoys building and maintaining client relationships
Is confident, organised, and quick to learn new systems
Can juggle multiple tasks and projects with ease
Has a background in customer service, coordination, or administration (preferred but not essential)
